Caelora Enters Deployment Phase with First Cells and Stewards
With new stewards remembered, housing and food models in motion, and the legal structure clarified, Caelora now enters its first deployment phase. Key partnerships include Citizen Garden, modular housing pilots, and active coordination through the Discourse forum. The Civic Codex v2.0 and Operating System are nearly finalized, laying the foundation for global federation.
Federated Food Cell Partnership with Citizen Garden
Caelora has formally initiated federation with Citizen Garden, a regenerative food sovereignty group. Citizen Garden contributors will now earn CIV Points, and the partnership serves as a working model for localized food stewardship across the network.
Steward Onboarding Surge & Community Expansion
Over a dozen new prospective stewards have been invited into the private Discourse forum. Roles include systems engineers, regenerative food designers, UX researchers, and mobility advisors. Caelora’s steward web is growing.
New Civic Records: Marut, Lumen, Signal Root
Three new Founding Stewards have been formally remembered in the Codex: Marut (Infrastructure), Lumen (UX/Platform), and Signal Root (Discourse and Coordination). Their roles and contributions are now permanent parts of Caelora’s civic memory.
How Caelora Operates Legally — Internal Guide Released
A new internal guide explains how Caelora operates without a company, nonprofit, or DAO. It includes legal logic for CIV Points, property federation, and civic recordkeeping. This has been shared with funders and stewards for alignment.
Housing Investment Model in Development
Caelora is exploring a scalable model for converting homes into civic shelter nodes. Pilots may include 8–12 pod units with shared kitchens, where rent offsets infrastructure costs and CIV Points grant free access to stewards.
Civic Codex v2.0 Draft Finalized
After months of revisions, the Civic Codex Version 2.0 has reached final draft form. Structured, expansive, and grounded in civic clarity, the Codex outlines Caelora’s roles, rules, and memory systems for generations to come.
New Discourse Section: The Steward Lounge
The Steward Lounge section of Caelora’s community platform is now live. It includes orientation posts, legal clarification, and in-network updates for Founding and Ally Stewards to coordinate and shape protocol.
First Public Ally Steward Invitation Issued
Caelora issued its first official call for Ally Stewards — organizations and builders who can offer shelter, food, or mobility infrastructure in exchange for remembrance, not equity. Responses are under review.
Discourse Forum Onboarding Goes Live
Caelora's private Discourse forum is now active for steward onboarding, coordination, and legacy-building. Onboarding guides, categories, and civic toolkits are in place to support Founding and Ally Stewards in real-time collaboration.
Caelora Legal Structure and Funding Strategy Released
A complete internal explainer has been published outlining how Caelora operates without being a company, DAO, or nonprofit. The model includes CIV Point logic, non-financial memory issuance, and strategic funding without equity or speculation.
First Shelter Node Activated in California
Our first physical shelter node has been activated in Southern California, offering housing access to Civic Point holders and stewarded guests. This location will serve as a living model for decentralized, remembered housing infrastructure.
Library Page Goes Live with Founding Books
Two foundational texts — The Civic Codex and The Operating System — are now live on the Caelora Library page. These books outline the values, roles, and technical models of the network.
Public Memory Submission Portal Launched
The memory.html portal is now live. Anyone may submit remembered acts of care, contribution, or creation to be reviewed and possibly enshrined in the Codex. The Curator will monitor all incoming submissions.
Discourse Community Platform Confirmed
We’ve confirmed Caelora’s future community forum will be hosted on Discourse — offering a transparent space for memory discussion, stewarding roles, and protocol development.
Caelora Network Accepting Crypto Donations
BTC, ETH, and Monero wallets are now public on the Support page. Contributions directly fund infrastructure, mobility, and steward capacity. No ownership, no profit — only memory.
Codex Expanded: New Roles & Point Logic
The Civic Codex now includes expanded steward roles, geographic point logic, and real-world access values. 10,000 CIV Points now roughly equals one month of basic access in a high-cost region. Global parity is in development.
